We may collect aggregate information about how our site is accessed by the customer, such as IP address, referring site, domain name, time spent at the site or web page visited.

We do not sell or market your personal information to outside organizations. The personal information you provide is used only to satisfy your order in a timely manner and inform you of new products, special sales and promotions that become available.

Bob’s Sports World does not maintain your personal information after your order is processed. The SSL capable web browser supports encryption technology which prevents unauthorized users from viewing your order information as it travels over the Internet.

Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS and the United Postal Service anywhere in the continental United States, unless weight or packaging restrictions require us to ship using common carrier.  We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via the United States Postal Service. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply for shipments to these destinations.

Return Policy

All returns and/or invoice adjustments must be accompanied by a Bob’s Sports World return authorization number which can be obtained by calling 256 468-7890 or e-mail to returns@bobsportsworld.com. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

If the shipping box is noticeably damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. All other claims must be filed with Bob’s Sports World within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Any authorized return for product that is not being returned because of damages or defects must be in a sellable condition and in the original packaging. Any returned damages that are a direct result of the customer’s faulty packaging will not be credited back to the customer.

We will apply the credit directly to the customer’s method of payment.
